The On Top of the World News/Walgreens/Pet Supplies Plus Pet of the Month contest is for residents and their pets only. To enter, simply bring a colorful photo of your pet, along with a brief bio of your pet, to the OTOW newsroom in the East Activity Center. Or you can email your photo and your bio information to: bootss@tampabay.rr.com Bios must be 200 words or less and must include owner's name, phone number and address. Photos have to be good quality. Each month a Pet of the Month is selected by a committee. The pet's picture will appear in an edition of OTOW News and will win a photo package from Walgreens at the corner of Sunset Point Road and Belcher Road. The photo package includes (1) 8 x 10, (2) 5 x 7s and (4) 4 x 6s of the photo you submit. Just bring the same picture to Walgreens along with the newspaper that shows your pet was a winner. The winner also receives a gift card from Pet Supplies Plus in Clearwater. Each month the winning pet will also become eligible for the OTOW News Pet of the Year contest. |
