All ads must be high-resolution (300 dpi), in PDF or JPEG format, and under 8 MB. Email your ad to otownews@otowfl.com. If your ad needs adjustments, we’re happy to assist for a $50 setup fee.

- Specific Page: $50 charge per ad per month.
- Specific Section: $25 charge per ad per month (Our World, Lifestyle, Recreation, or Arts & Entertainment).
Display Ad Specs:
- Artwork must be high-res (300 dpi) with fonts embedded.
- Accepted formats: PDF or JPEG (under 8 MB).
- Email your ad to otownews@otowfl.com. If the supplied artwork does not meet ad specs, an ad setup fee of $50 will be charged.

Classified ads are a cost-effective way to connect with the community. Ads are published in alphabetical order (by business name or service) on the inside back page in black text (no logos or photos).

Custom Inserts Deliver Your Message to Every Household
For just $70 per 1,000 copies, include your custom-printed inserts in our publication. Advertisers are responsible for printing and delivering inserts to The Villages Media Group. Call (352) 387-7466 for delivery instructions and current print totals. A sample of your insert must be emailed to otownews@otowfl.com for approval before printing.
Deadlines and Payment Are Simple
To be included in the next issue, payments and materials must be submitted by noon on the 12th of the month prior to publication. Take advantage of discounted rates by paying for all 6 months in advance. Payments can be made via:
- Cash
- Check (payable to The World News)
- Credit card (over the phone or online, with instructions provided on your invoice).
Overdue accounts (30 days) will result in ad removal and contract termination.
