Wine enthusiasts are invited to partake in a very special wine tasting focused on one of the world’s most iconic wine regions – Tuscany. Your host for the event will be Wine Guy Bob Monica, known throughout Florida for hosting exciting and educational tastings. As host, Bob serves as sommelier, showman, and educator, bringing you six luxurious Italian wines and a tasty charcuterie. And the best part is that it is entirely free of charge to resident guests, sponsored by The Accurate Advisory Group.
The event takes place on Monday, Nov. 3, at Circle Square Cultural Center, offering guests an immersive journey into the heart of Italy’s rolling hills and sun-drenched vineyards. From the noble Sangiovese-based reds of Chianti Classico and Brunello di Montalcino to the elegant whites of Vernaccia di San Gimignano and the innovative “Super Tuscans,” this curated tasting will highlight the diversity and tradition that make Tuscany a cornerstone of Italian winemaking.
“Our goal is to transport guests to Tuscany for the evening,” says Wine Guy Bob. “Circle Square Cultural Center will be converted into a charming enoteca with each glass telling a tale of heritage, craftsmanship, and the unique terroir of this region.”
In addition to an array of robust, upscale wines, the evening will feature perfectly paired Italian bites to enhance the tasting experience. Attendees will also gain insight into Tuscany’s winemaking history, grape varietals, and modern innovations shaping the future of the region.
Moon Over Tuscany – A Tasting of Tuscan Wines takes place on Monday, Nov. 3, at 5 p.m. (doors open at 4:30 p.m.) at Circle Square Cultural Center. The event is free for On Top of the World and Stone Creek residents with a ticket and is limited to 100 guests. No table reservations.
Tickets will be available for pick up at the Circle Square Cultural Center box office on Friday, Oct. 3, at 11 a.m. Tickets are limited to two per resident couple. On Top of the World or Stone Creek resident ID must be presented at the box office.
