Why go? The Health & Wellness Expo is one of a kind. Its focus is all on health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The expo is recommended by Recreation Program Manager Shannon Prince and Fitness Director Cammy Dennis. They support activities that make On Top of the World a healthy and fun place to live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is expected that 60 or more vendors will be there (e.g., doctors, dentists, eye specialists, and Medicare and knowledgeable healthcare professionals). They will be there to answer questions and share their expertise to help us reach our targeted healthy goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the lighter side, there will be plenty of activity on stage with dancing, fitness demonstrations, and Zumba\u00ae!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is always best to take a few minutes to jot down questions before the event so that you are ready to discuss them with the vendors. A little bit of prep work goes a long way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
