Colen Built Cares is proud to launch a July food and clothing drive, a community-wide effort supporting Interfaith Emergency Services’ (IES) free clothing boutique and Food 4 Kids program. This seasonal initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to uplifting others in need and strengthening the spirit of service across all Colen Built communities.
Donations may be dropped off at multiple convenient locations, including the Calesa Township Sales Center, On Top of the World Sales Center, and several On Top of the World amenity buildings such as: Arbor Fitness Center, Recreation Center, The Lodge at Candler Hills, Indigo Fitness Center, The Landing, The Summit, and Resident Services.

All clothing donations are welcome – men’s, women’s, unisex, and children’s – but this season brings several urgent needs, especially men’s clothing, shoes, underwear, socks, and belts.
Food donations of all kinds are appreciated as long as they are non‑expired and nonperishable. Food 4 Kids’ specific high-need items are cups of fruit, pudding, and applesauce, which help address weekend and summer nutrition gaps for local students.
Weekly pickups ensure donations quickly reach families who rely on IES’ essential services. Contributions large or small help stock shelves, fill lunch bags, and provide dignity through access to clean, quality clothing.
This drive is part of the broader mission of Colen Built Cares, which unites residents, employees, and partners in meaningful acts of service throughout the year. By participating, community members directly support local families while reinforcing the values that make Calesa Township and On Top of the World such vibrant, compassionate places to live.
Residents are encouraged to spread the word, involve neighbors, and make giving a part of their summer routine. Together, we can make a measurable difference for children, families, and individuals across Marion County.
