The Summit, our newest amenity center, is officially open and ready to welcome residents into a space built for connection, relaxation, and community. Spanning more than 14,000 square feet, The Summit offers a fresh, inviting environment where neighbors can come together, whether for events, casual afternoons, or simply a change of scenery.
At the center of it all is a stunning ballroom that sets the stage for some of our biggest and most exciting events. From live entertainment to community celebrations, this space is designed to bring people together and create moments you won’t want to miss.
Step outside, and you’ll find two beautiful resort-style pools, including a unique resistance pool. Whether you’re looking to enjoy a peaceful morning, spend time with friends in the afternoon, or just unwind in the Florida sunshine, the pool area offers the perfect setting to do it all.
The Summit was created to be more than just another amenity; it’s a place where everyday moments turn into something special. It’s where you can meet new neighbors, reconnect with friends, and be part of everything happening in the community.
With flexible spaces and a welcoming atmosphere, The Summit will quickly become home to a variety of events, gatherings, and activities throughout the year. There’s always something to look forward to, and this new space gives us even more ways to come together.
The Summit is open to residents with a valid resident ID or Gateway of Services pass, creating even more opportunities to connect with neighbors across the community.
The facility is open daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., making it easy to stop by whenever it fits your day; whether that’s in the morning, afternoon, or evening.
